What is a credit?
One credit equals one generated video. Each personalized video you create consumes one credit from your monthly allocation or credit pack balance.
How does credit rollover work?
Studio tier customers can carry over up to 100 unused credits to the next month. Credits expire after one rollover period, so use them within two months of allocation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade to Studio at any time. When upgrading, you’ll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What’s included in the custom voice feature?
Studio tier customers can bring their own ElevenLabs API key (BYOK) to use custom voice clones or premium voices from their ElevenLabs account. This lets you maintain brand consistency across all videos.
Do credit packs expire?
Credit packs do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used. They’re perfect for supplementing your monthly Studio allocation during high-volume campaigns.
